For any other questions or disputes about your VISA Credit Card, VISA Check Card or ATM Card, please call 800.873.5100 or 561.982.4700 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Send your disputes by fax to 561.982.7717 or via email to visa@ibmsecu.org.
